Ham knife – grooved, pom pom handle, also cuts cooked ham and softer hams that have been cured for less than 1 year (such as Italian hams). The grooved ham knife has grooved air wells that prevent the vacuum from sticking to the blade, allowing for a sleeker, faster and smoother slicing of the ham. It is also suitable for carpaccio!
