Description
Special features of the Elipsa Rose:
- Base: made of Rosa Porino granite, 30mm thick, which gives it weight and thus rigidity and stability during cutting
- Metal part: stainless steel (Inox), polished
- The built-in tray is designed for disposing of waste from cleaning and trimming the skin when slicing the ham, or just for a small slice!
